Procurement Manager

This role can be based in either London or Chesterfield. It is a hybrid position, requiring attendance at your home office or a relevant site for 3 days per week, depending on business requirements

About the Role



Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you will:

Develop and deliver sourcing strategies that create value and manage risk Lead tenders, negotiations, and in-contract benefits across key categories Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and shape procurement solutions Contribute to wider category strategies and cross-team collaboration Provide commercial insight and act as a key escalation point for contractual issues Champion best practice in negotiation and supplier management Support your own development and that of others

About You



A strong track record in developing and delivering sourcing strategies Prior experience working in a professional services category is highly desirable, particularly if you have worked with consultancies Experience of innovative procurement solutions and complex negotiations The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Skills in programme and change management A collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder and supplier engagement Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability CIPS qualification or equivalent relevant experience
