We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our global procurement function.



Based in the A&O Shearman Belfast office, this is a vital role that ensures the smooth execution of procurement processes, maintains data integrity, and supports compliance across a wide range of procurement activities.

What you will do



Maintain procurement systems and ensure data accuracy across supplier records, purchase orders, and contract databases. Support end-to-end procurement processes, including requisition review, PO creation, and RFx activities. Monitor procurement KPIs and generate regular reports on spend, compliance, and supplier performance. Assist with supplier onboarding and documentation in line with firm policies. Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve operational queries. Identify and support implementation of process improvements and best practices. Support contract administration and renewal tracking.

What We're Looking For



Significant experience in a procurement or operations environment. Familiarity with procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Ariba is a plus. Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Detail-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Understanding of procurement compliance and documentation standards.
