Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, we're looking for two full-time Procurement Specialist to join our International Trading Team.

The Role

As a Procurement Specialist, you'll be a vital part of our international trading operations. You will manage key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee the full procurement and supply cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients Grow sales and revenue from assigned accounts Source and negotiate the most competitive prices and terms from both existing and new suppliers to provide accurate and timely quotes for our international customers' requests. Efficiently manage multiple RFQ deadlines to ensure timely and accurate responses that meet customer expectations. Proactively follow up on customer quotations to drive conversion and secure sales orders. Maintain supplier relationships and uphold service-level agreements Deliver fast, viable procurement solutions for clients Consistently meet personal sales targets and KPIs

About You

Skills & Experience:

Proven ability to hit sales targets and meet KPIs Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English essential) Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Highly organised with strong task prioritisation Confident working independently and collaboratively Able to think quickly under pressure and solve problems Commercially minded with an understanding of profit/loss Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
