Aegean Heritage est 1993, is fast growing business within the Food Manufacturing Industry supplying , high end retailers such as M&S, Waitrose... and B2B
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our highly professional and fast paced team.
In this role you will be responsible for all operational duties within the supply chain
Duties will include:
Demand and Supply Planning
:Forecasting customer demand to inform production and stock levels.
Inventory Management
:Overseeing and managing stock to ensure product availability and prevent shortages or excesses.
Procurement and Vendor Management
:Managing relationships with suppliers and overseeing the procurement of goods and services.
Logistics and Distribution
:Planning and coordinating transportation, warehousing, and timely delivery of products to retail stores and customers.
Performance Monitoring
:Analysing supply chain performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement
:Implementing techniques to enhance efficiency and optimize supply chain processes.
Customer Service
:Supporting customers with supply chain inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the supply chain
Supply Chain
- Procurement, overall view of end-to-end supply (from raw material to customer), setting up new customers, new products, new materials, customer forecasting, report generating.Production Planning
- Creating the production plans weekly & daily. Looking at customer orders & forecastsTo apply for this role you must have strong previous experience of 5 years or more. You'll also need to have good IT skills, specifically with MS Excel and SAP. Be able to work independently, ensuring you must meet deadlines consistently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
