Job Overview



We are recruiting a Procurement Support Administrator on a 12-month FTC, to provide accurate and detailed administration support to the procurement function. This role provides high quality administration support to aid management of procurement, sub-contractor administration, ERP database, ISO accreditation, purchasing MI reports, responding to queries and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft AX.

Responsibilities



Provide admin support for procurement documents (Warranty, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, ISO defects, Commissioning) Database management Monitor supplier performance Produce reports Expedite purchase orders Support supplier quotations Liaise with sales, service, projects, and logistics to resolve queries Assist buyers in maintaining group stock file database Resolve purchase ledger queries Manage ISO accreditation for purchasing/logistics Purchase PPE, stationery, and general supplies for Burntwood, Brownhills, and Gloucester sites Procure contractors for site maintenance Integrate new price lists onto ERP system

Requirements



Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good communication skills, including professional phone etiquette Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
