GT Fresh is seeking a

Produce Catering Manager

to drive business development, strengthen customer relationships, and lead our dedicated team of six. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in the catering industry who thrives on winning new business and building long-term client partnerships. We supply local catering companies with fresh produce to fulfil all their catering needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the catering team to deliver exceptional service. Drive sales growth through weekly visits to new and existing customers. Introduce and promote new product lines to meet customer needs. Analyse sales figures, spot trends, and create growth strategies to maximise profits. Manage account relationships, including payment terms and client satisfaction. Ensure consistently high levels of customer service and product knowledge. Oversee stock levels, pricing, and order processing using our internal systems. Keep ahead of local competition and market developments.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in the catering industry

, with a strong track record of customer acquisition and retention. Commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate and manage payment terms. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with the drive to deliver results.
