London - Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in the office (London TVC).


PROPOSED SALARY RANGE

: Between 55,000- 60,000 + LW (London weighting allowance on top of the base) 5,441 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE





Join BBC Studios' dynamic Gaming & Interactive team at the intersection of TV and games, where you'll lead the development of high-profile gaming projects based on beloved IPs like Bluey. As a Producer, you'll drive creative excellence across multiple concurrent titles, ensuring each game reflects our brand values and captivates global audiences.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT






Manage multiple concurrent brand integration projects, covering creative development, production, marketing, and live service. Build and maintain strong relationships with external development partners, acting as the key point of contact at BBC Studios. Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring projects meet guidelines, tone of voice, and quality expectations. Coordinate approvals and project updates with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and visibility. Proactively identify risks, apply creative problem-solving, and deliver actionable solutions.




YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE





Essential Criteria




Proven ability to deliver game production projects from concept through to live service. Experience collaborating with major media brands or high-profile IP, including direct engagement with IP holders. Knowledge of mobile game development, including live operations, brand integrations, and limited-time events. Ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and communications across multiple stakeholders. Understanding of the video game industry, including trends, player needs, expectations, and motivations.



Desired but Not Required






Experience in external production. Knowledge of marketing best practices. Understanding of IP licensing.
