At the Digital Media Lab (DML), we don't just create media; we explore, experiment, and imagine new ways for people to learn and engage. We're looking for a Producer to join our team to help drive our projects through to fruition!
What you would be doing
---------------------------
As a Producer, you will be pivotal in the development, planning, and delivery of content across all of the above areas and mediums. Combining creativity, project management skills, technical capabilities, an aptitude for budgets, and more, DML Producers drive the delivery of high-quality outputs to help transform the learning and teaching experiences offered by Imperial College London. As well as being media specialists, our Producers are experts in relationship building, stakeholder management, and people management (when running projects), so you will also be a key point of contact for multiple projects and programmes of work, and multiple stakeholders and practitioners (all at once!).
What we are looking for
---------------------------
We're looking for someone with a background or education in film/media production, who has a strong grasp of innovative tools and new technologies for learning and teaching, and who will happily manage a lively portfolio of projects.
What we can offer you
-------------------------
Training and development opportunities related to your role.
The camaraderie of team members who are fun, kind, creative, and who value teamwork and each other very highly.
An environment in which all ideas are valid and welcomed (even if they don't get taken forward), and where we really want to hear everyone's voices.
The opportunity to continue your career at a world-leading institution and be part of our mission to use science for humanity.
Benefit from a sector-leading salary and remuneration package (including 41 days' annual leave and generous pension schemes).
Access to a range of workplace benefits including a flexible working policy from day one, generous family leave packages, on-site leisure facilities and cycle-to-work scheme.
Interest-free season ticket loan schemes for travel.
Be part of a diverse, inclusive and collaborative work culture with various staff networks and resources to support your personal and professional wellbeing.
