About the Role:
As the Product and Partner Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the department by supporting and coordinating the
day to day activities of the team.

  • Administrative Support:
Provide day-to-day admin support for the team. This will include using Asana (full training will be given) to manage the team's overall critical path to ensure we are working successfully towards the various goals/projects we are multi managing, monitoring our Asana inbox and other general day to day admin duties (emails, surveys, room bookings, thrive management) * PA to the head of partner and partner development:
Approx 2 days of the week managing diary, managing emails, anticipating up and coming events and proactively organising ahead of time. Managing cost centre and paperwork associated with this. Confidentiality is key. * Thrive - Learning Experience Platform Management (full training will be given):
Managing the home page, campaigns and content blocks, in collaboration with the wider team. Managing the audiences and content assignment / notification - ensuring the right content gets seen by the right audience. Liaising with the team to decide content, designing and sending out our weekly 'Thrive Thursday' comms. * Event Support
Organising and managing the event schedule and calendar, ensuring rooms are booked, guest speakers are contacted, audiences are decided, invites are sent and all pre-prep is managed efficiently and effectively. * Learner Support:
Be the point of contact for learners, answering or re-directing any queries they may have before or after training, and providing necessary follow-up materials. * Feedback Collection and Reporting:
Assist in gathering feedback from learners to continuously improve the training experience. Create attendance and performance reports from Thrive, for the team to review.
About you:
  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a learning and development or events team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and learners of all levels
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Suite (Slides / Powerpoint, GMail / Outlook, Sheets / Excel, Google Docs, Word) and familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Meet, Teams) using AI to help with efficiencies
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) or other training software is a plus, but not essential as full training will be given
  • Experience in the use of Project Management tools, such as Asana is beneficial but training will be provided.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
