Job Overview


We are seeking a Product Administrator to support the product manager by assisting with product development, market analysis and operational tasks. The role involves helping to define product strategy, gathering market and customer feedback, coordinating with engineering and marketing teams and maintaining project timelines. Key responsibilities include data analysis, preparing product briefs and providing administrative support to ensure products are developed and launched successfully.

Key Responsibilities (This list is not exhaustive)



Market and Customer Analysis:



Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market gaps. Analyse competitor products and market trends. Gather and analyse customer feedback.

Product development support:



Assist with developing product briefs, including technical specifications, pricing and forecasts. Help coordinate with engineering, technical, and other departments to drive product development. Support the new product development (NPD) process from concept to launch. Monitor and assist with product lifecycle management.

Project and timeline management:



Help maintain strict timelines for product development cycles. Assist in developing project and launch plans. Monitor and analyse product performance against targets.

Cross-functional coordination:



Liaise with marketing to execute product marketing campaigns. Ensure compliance with quality standards. Provide support and training documentation for internal and external users. Maintain close working relationships and excellent communication with stakeholders. Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Administrative and analytical support:



Perform administrative tasks and data collection. Analyse data to inform decisions and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports on product performance and market feedback.

Systems and Process:



Maintain and update product information in ERP Operating within SAP B1 Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across systems.

Requirements:



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organisational and time-management abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various teams Proficiency with software like Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work under pressure
Proven experience in a supporting role within product teams or related areas in the industry is highly beneficial.

Previous experience of working within a medium to large scale branded or own label manufacturing environment would be advantageous

Job Details



Onsite working 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday Further details regarding the benefits package for this role will be discussed at interview.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
