Product Advisor

Role Summary: As a Product Advisor at Wunda, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers make informed decisions about our cutting-edge heating systems. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Consultation:

Engage with customers to understand their heating needs and recommend the most suitable Wunda solutions.

Product Knowledge:

Quickly learn and master the details of our underfloor heating systems, including our smart controls.

Attention to Detail:

Ensure accuracy in product specifications, pricing, and installation requirements.

Phone and Email Support:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing friendly and efficient assistance.

On-Site Training:

Benefit from comprehensive on-site product knowledge training, which is designed to be straightforward and accessible.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver outstanding service.

Deadline Management:

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Pay:

Basic Salary:

25,396 per annum.

Commission Structure:

Enjoy a generous commission structure with an uncapped OTE (On-Target Earnings) of 35,000+.
