Overview
A unique opportunity to join a leading specialist mortgage lender based inLeeds working in a pivotal role, central to the future growth of the businessand the market. The Product Analyst will support the Product Managers todevelop and implement new products and propositions, and manage existingproducts, including market pricing insight, repricing, product lifecyclegovernance and develop funder relations for equity release mortgageproducts.

Key Outputs
Product analysis & pricing MI
Develop insightful MI and analysis to support the development of new products and the management of existing product propositions.
Retail pricing decisions
Develop deep market pricing insight and knowledge of mortgage funding to identify retail pricing opportunities, present pricing recommendations to funder partners and secure competitive pricing decisions.
Retail price changes
Deliver prompt and accurate price changes by managing the end-to-end delivery of retail repricing, including specification, development, testing and coordinating market communications.
Product sourcing
Ensure the accurate delivery of products, retail pricing and quotes (Key Facts Illustrations) to professional advisers via market sourcing platforms and optimise the sourcing outcomes for commercial gain
Product literature
Ensure existing product literature remains accurate at all times through approval of the relevant product content.
Financial promotions
Approve relevant product content in customer facing materials in accordance with MCOB 3A "Financial promotions and communications with customers" ensuring materials are fair, clear and not misleading, at all times.
Funder relationships
Develop exceptional funder relationships through communication, developing understanding, by building trust and demonstrating our market expertise to maximise the funding opportunity and deliver the best commercial outcomes.

Desirable
Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is not required but would be advantageous.
Exposure to Equity Release Mortgages (ERMs), an understanding of ERM funding and manufacturing is not required but would be advantageous.
