About the Role:



We are looking for a highly communicative and detail-oriented

Product and Partnership Specialist

to support our growing brand and partnership operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with products, understands the TikTok ecosystem, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll play a key part in liaising with brands, managing partnership discussions, and following through on collaboration agreements.

Key Responsibilities:



Liaise with external brands and merchants on a daily basis to discuss potential collaboration opportunities Negotiate basic partnership terms and ensure alignment with internal objectives Follow up on contract and agreement processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy Assist in product selection for campaigns or livestreams, ensuring products align with TikTok trends and audience preferences Maintain organized records of brand communications, partnership statuses, and product details Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships Stay informed on TikTok's latest product offerings, features, and best practices

Requirements:



Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English A logical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks Basic understanding of TikTok as a platform, including content trends and e-commerce functions Previous experience in a client-facing, coordination, or junior business development role is a plus, but not required Familiarity with product selection or e-commerce merchandising is a strong advantage Highly organized and capable of following through on administrative processes such as contract coordination

Preferred:



Experience working with TikTok Shop or similar platforms Interest in e-commerce, content creation, or social commerce trends A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Graduate

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
