As a Product Associate within our Aumni team, you will be working closely with a cross functional team to deliver customer-centric product experiences. You will own the development of customer-facing products and internal systems to support data operations. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and road mapping alongside the product leadership team.
At Aumni, our Product team is on a mission to help all venture capital firms and LPs achieve peak performance with data-driven insights. We design and deliver a suite of investment tracking, portfolio monitoring, and data analytics tools that help investors make faster, smarter decisions.



Job responsibilities

Support the collection of user research and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on product features Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the product development life cycle Write the requirements and user stories to support product development Create documentation and presentations that communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Marketing to ensure successful launches

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
