Product & Automation Manager

26,000-35,000 DOE

We're looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy operator to help build and run our new AI-powered online training and compliance platform. If you're confident with WordPress, no-code tools, and automation -- and love turning ideas into working systems -- this role is for you.

What you'll do

Build and maintain our WordPress/LearnDash training platform Create AI-driven forms and tools (policies, risk assessments, reports) Set up automations and workflows (email reminders, triggers, onboarding) Embed and manage our AI chatbot and knowledge tools Update and upload new course content and templates Troubleshoot platform issues and provide basic customer support Help shape the product roadmap and improve user experience

What you'll need

Experience with WordPress (required) LearnDash or LMS experience (ideal but not essential) Strong understanding of automation tools (Uncanny Automator, Zapier, etc.) Comfort working with AI tools and prompt building Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to learn fast and work independently
