Following a restructure in our Design & Marketing team WBC Ltd are looking for an experienced Brand & Product Marketing Manager to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals in the company's offline marketing initiatives.
Reporting in to the Brand & Creative Lead, this is a highly collaborative role that is both strategic and tactical, bridging brand messaging with in-market execution. The role requires strong project management skills, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts--from supplier partnerships and direct mail to events and workshops.
Leading campaign rollouts across physical touchpoints, managing supplier & partnership marketing efforts, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and the Sample Room. You will plan and execute high-impact offline marketing initiatives that connect our brand with customers and partners in the real world.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Coordination
Working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, act as the tactical lead for offline campaigns, planning and executing integrated, multi-channel offline campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and on-brand execution
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Content, Digital, Sales) to ensure smooth rollout across all customer touchpoints
Supplier Relationship building & Marketing management.
Manage all supplier marketing activities and co-branded campaigns
Act as key point of contact for supplier relationships, ensuring mutual benefit and aligned messaging
Messaging, Launches & Positioning
Collaborate with Product and Brand teams to shape product messaging, launch plans, and offline positioning strategies
Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and value proposition across all offline initiatives
Sample Room Management
Collaborate with and manage the Sample Room to ensure timely availability of physical assets for campaigns, launches, events, and partnerships
Event & Field Marketing
Plan and manage attendance and presence at trade shows, retail events, and industry networking opportunities
Oversee execution of educational workshops, product demos, and promotional activations
Coordinate logistics, signage, sample distribution, and post-event reporting
Partner & Retail Collaboration
Develop and execute in-store marketing activities and visual merchandising with retail partners
Create co-branded promotions and educational initiatives in partnership with key accounts
Direct Mail & Print Collateral
Manage development, production, and distribution of print materials such as brochures, catalogues, flyers, and direct mail campaigns
Work with design and print partners to ensure brand quality and production timelines
Skills & Experience:
Hands-on, detail-oriented
Demonstrable experience in offline, field, or trade marketing roles
Strong campaign management and project coordination skills
Experience working with suppliers, retail partners, and event vendors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
Understanding of brand positioning and product marketing fundamentals
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and timelines
Knowledge of print production, sampling processes, and physical marketing assets a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally for events and trade shows
