What You'll Be Doing
Please note: this role involves
occasional travel
between our sites in
Thirsk and Shirebrook
, as well as supplier visits and trade shows.
Use
data-led analysis and market research
to select the right products at the right time.
Stay ahead of
market trends, competitor activity, key events, and new launches
to ensure all opportunities are commercial and maximised.
Collaborate closely with our
in-house production team
to develop new product ideas aligned to production capabilities.
Follow the
trade plan, product strategy, and budget
to ensure accurate and timely product setup.
Manage the
end-to-end product launch process
, ensuring strong visual merchandising and close collaboration with the e-commerce team.
Analyse product and launch performance, implementing follow-up actions based on results.
Support and contribute to
design team briefs
.
Attend
supplier meetings, inter-site sessions, and trade shows
as required.
About You
