Perfect Piste is a new, forward-thinking ecommerce platform dedicated to selling luxury ski accommodation across Europe's most desirable alpine destinations. Our mission is to revolutionise how customers discover and book high-end ski properties by building a best-in-class, intelligent platform that combines seamless UX with powerful AI-driven personalisation.

We're now making our first strategic hire--a multi-talented, entrepreneurial individual to shape and lead the commercial and product direction from the ground up.

The Role

As Product & Commercial Manager, you will be the driving force behind launching and growing Perfect Piste. This is a broad, hands-on role with full exposure to the commercial strategy, digital product development, supplier partnerships, and operational execution. You will work closely with the director, external consultants, agencies and wider teams (contracting, sales, marketing, accounting) and play a pivotal role in building the business, brand, and team.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Technology

Own the product roadmap and lead development of our ecommerce platform.

Work closely with designers and developers to build and iterate on a scalable, user-centric website.

Trian and develop AI-based tools to enhance personalisation and streamline the booking process.

Manage integrations with third-party systems (CRMs, property databases, analytics tools).

Commercial Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute the go-to-market launch plan with stakeholders

Define and manage pricing, revenue, and yield strategies.

Forecast and monitor sales performance, customer behaviour, and ROI across channels.

Marketing & Brand

Shape and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy (performance, SEO, partnerships, social, content) utilizing AI platforms and wider marketing teams and agencies.

Work with agencies or freelancers as needed to deliver high-quality creative and campaign execution.

Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all customer touchpoints.

Contracting & Supplier Management

Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with ski accommodation providers and luxury property partners.

Ensure inventory quality, competitiveness, and availability.

Sales Support & Customer Experience

Set up customer service and sales support processes with a high-end, personalised feel.

Operations & Reporting

Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards.

Implement systems to support automation and operational efficiency.

Track KPIs and report on business health to the Director.

About You

You are a well-rounded, proactive and commercially minded operator and salesperson with a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital product development. You are as comfortable shaping a vision as you are getting stuck into the day-to-day details.

Essential Experience

Proven experience in a product, commercial or ecommerce management role--ideally in travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors.

Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end launch and growth of a digital product or platform.

Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, UX, analytics, and commercial modelling.

Experience managing cross-functional projects, agencies, and/or tech teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical mindset with fluency in data tools and dashboards.

Desirable

Experience in luxury travel or ski tourism.

Familiarity with AI tools and ecommerce personalisation technology.

Knowledge of CRM platforms, ecommerce stacks, and web CMSs.

Entrepreneurial or startup experience.

Pay: 25,000.00-40,000.00 per year
