This role sits within our Marketing team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, and focuses on improving visibility, conversation rates, and customer experience through SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), content refinement, and competitor analysis. Responsibilities as our Product Content Optimiser will include:
Optimise product listings for SEO and conversion across e-commerce platforms (Our Websites, Amazon, etc.)
Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for on-page SEO
Analyse competitor listings and identify opportunities for differentiation
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to improve product imagery, descriptions, and metadata
Monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate) and suggest data-backed improvements
Support A/B testing initiatives to refine product content and layout
Ensure product data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Stay up-to-date with marketplace algorithms and SEO trends
What we're looking for in our Product Content Optimiser:
2+ years' experience in a marketing role
Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console)
Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics)
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and product data
