Overview of Role
This is an onsite role based in Cannock, South Staffordshire, we are entering into an exciting phase of growth and need to strengthen our busy team. This specific role is to support the existing Product Development team. The role reports to product manager. We are a passionate and driven team and need someone with a positive, energetic attitude, who wants to learn about our products and vision.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Inputting text and numerical data from source documents (paper or digital) into systems including M3 and customer portals.
Verifying data for accuracy, identifying errors, and correcting discrepancies.
Maintaining and updating existing databases and records including technical documents.
Organizing, filing, and archiving digital documents.
Generating reports and retrieving requested data for staff.
Ensuring data confidentiality and security.
Set of product detail both internally and externally including new line forms.
On-going training will be offered to manage vendors and range development.
The role will involve product set up on internal systems. This data input helps create the framework to drive the rest of the business.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Software:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and database/data entry software.

Meticulousness to avoid errors.
