Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic

Product Designer

to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for our products, ensuring they are both intuitive and aesthetically pleasing while aligning with business goals and technical feasibility. The ideal candidate is a user advocate who can manage the design process from initial concept to launch and post-launch iteration.



Key Responsibilities



User Research & Strategy:

Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) and market analysis to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Translate these insights into a defined product strategy and design requirements.


Design Execution:



Develop

wireframes

,

prototypes

, and

user journey maps

to define product structure and functionality.


Create high-fidelity

UI mockups

and visual designs (layout, typography, color, iconography) that adhere to brand guidelines and ensure a seamless, engaging experience.


Iterate on designs based on user testing results, stakeholder feedback, and data analytics.


Collaboration:

Work closely with Product Managers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented to the highest quality standards. Present design concepts and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.


Design System Management:

Help develop, maintain, and evangelize a comprehensive

design system

to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products and platforms.



Required Skills and Qualifications



Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product designs.


Expert proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g.,

Figma

, Sketch, Adobe XD).


Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.


Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.


Experience with conducting various forms of user research and turning qualitative and quantitative data into actionable design improvements.


Familiarity with agile development processes and working alongside engineering teams.
