Our Digital Practice are currently looking for a Product Designer to join the team in London. You will assist numerous Tier 1 Banks across all platforms of design ranging from small to big projects, UX to UI, and internal and external products/designs.

The role is best suited for someone who enjoys working with big brands on projects that make a difference, and can add to an already diverse and inclusive community at Synechron.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Figma is a MUST, Sketch is ok too
  • The role is more UI focused but having a balance of both UI and UX is ideal
  • Strong Portfolio with detailed case studies
  • B2B experience is ideal
  • Fin-tech experience is a huge bonus but not mandatory
  • Able to work collaboratively with account managers, creatives or developers to deliver digital output of the highest quality and to the business requirement
  • Staying on track with emerging digital trends and culture, attending events and engaging with the wider digital creative community
  • Articulating and presenting creative ideas/treatments to teams and clients
  • Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth digital design capabilities
  • Ability to learn and improve your skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Significant technical experience in UI/UX best practices
