Sole designer position within a friendly environment, aiming to push their digital remit further.
The client
This is your classic 50/50 split between UX/UI, working within the travel industry, providing unforgettable travel experiences across the globe for their customers.
The company are set on driving their digital presence further and have the determination to do so, whilst maintaining a happy and collaborative environment within the business.
55,000-65,000
2 days a week in the office (South London)
4-day weeks (with pro-rata salary) or a 12-month fixed term contract could also be offered, if preferred.

The role
You'd be the sole Product Designer for now, working alongside ecommerce, tech, and in-house creative teams. So you'll play a key role in shaping both existing touchpoints and entirely new product features.

  • Partnering with key stakeholders - including ecommerce leads, analysts, and the web team - to redesign core parts of the website and booking journey.
  • Leading the refinement and expansion of the design system to ensure a coherent and scalable user experience.
  • Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma.
  • Working closely with developers to ensure smooth handover of assets and reviewing output to maintain design quality.
  • Taking ownership of end-to-end design for upcoming features and digital products.
  • Presenting design concepts to stakeholders, iterating based on feedback and user testing.
The candidate
  • Full end-to-end (UX-UI) capabilities - including User Research and Testing.
  • Confident working within established brand guidelines while also bringing fresh, user-centric ideas.
  • A design system advocate who values consistency and usability across the customer journey.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility best practices and a user-first mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and user testing workflows.
  • 5+ years designing for ecommerce platforms, ideally in travel, hospitality, lifestyle or adjacent sectors.
  • At least 2 years' experience directly designing booking flows or checkout journeys - must be evident in portfolio work.
