Your Impact

As a Product Designer, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the user experience

in Dentally, our cloud-based practice management system that powers the work of over

40,000 active users and supports the care of 2 million patients each month. Your designs

will empower dentists, administrative teams, and practice owners with intuitive,

impactful interfaces that elevate every aspect of practice management.



You will also play a key role in designing AI-augmented workflows and intelligent

interfaces, helping to translate the potential of machine learning into experiences that

are simple, elegant, and trustworthy.

What You'll Do


------------------

Design intuitive and effective user experiences in Figma, from early concepts and wireframes through to polished interfaces. Collaborate with your squad to shape onboarding journeys that reduce friction and build customer confidence. Use customer insights, feedback, and usage data to iterate and improve designs. Communicate your ideas clearly, explaining the rationale behind your design decisions to your teammates and stakeholders. Contribute to our shared design system and component library to ensure consistency across the product. Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are implemented effectively. Stay curious about users, the dental industry, and design best practices--sharing your ideas and insights with the wider team.



What You'll Bring With You


------------------------------

Approx' 3-4 years' experience designing digital products, ideally within a SaaS or in-house environment. A portfolio that shows strong user-centred thinking, with examples of product flows, interfaces, and problem-solving. Proficiency in Figma and confidence working across the full design process - from discovery through to delivery. Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working in cross-functional teams. Experience designing for onboarding, migration, or workflow-heavy tools is a plus. An interest in continuous improvement, both in your design work and in how we work as a team. Inquisitive about AI, adaptable to change and comfortable working at pace.
