Product Development

Pharmacist

to join our dedicated team and learn how to formulate new compounds and improve existing formulations. The successful candidate will become a product expert and lead formulator of compounded medication and supplements, helping to shape the future of personalised medicine in an innovative, fast-growing, patient-focused environment.

The role will encompass working out formulations and pricing for new products, supporting customers with their new product requests, investigating product complaints and developing new propositions. Both medical ingredients and supplement ingredients are in scope.

The successful candidate will be:

A UK pharmacist registered with the GPhC Able to work in the UK without restriction Interested in pharmaceutical and supplement ingredients Highly numerate Keen on research and excited to learn about formulating Comfortable talking with both clinicians and patients Ideally, will have had some exposure to compounding and / or formulating
Knowledge of compounding techniques and regulations and experience in a compounding pharmacy setting is desirable but not required as training will be provided. Passion and enthusiasm are essential.

The role is based at our Basildon site, which operates from Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 on a full-time basis. No weekend working is required.

Pay: From 50,000.00 per year
