We're now looking for a Product Director who can lead the way.


As a developing and ambitious business, we're investing in product excellence to drive smarter delivery, stronger technical capability and a culture of continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in shaping how product management shows up across our organisation--from the quality of our tickets to the performance of our UX, BA and Product Owner teams.


You'll be the strategic force behind our product function, embedding best-in-class practices and aligning delivery with business goals and user needs. If you're a technical expert who knows what great looks like and can bring others with you, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilites

Own and evolve our product strategy with a focus on technical delivery and process maturity Lead and mentor cross-functional product teams to drive high performance and accountability Champion quality engineering and scalable architecture through disciplined product management Define what a great ticket looks like--clear, actionable and user-centric Build a high-performing UI/UX capability that delivers exceptional customer experiences Establish product governance frameworks that support consistency and transparency Use data to measure and optimise product performance across initiatives Represent the voice of the business while navigating technical constraints and opportunities

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in senior product leadership, ideally in complex, multi-system environments Deep understanding of agile delivery, governance and technical product management Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and requirements excellence Ability to lead and inspire teams across Product, Business Analysts and UX Design Strategic mindset with the ability to flex into hands-on leadership when needed Experience in Financial Services or regulated environments is a plus

?? Recruitment Process

Screening calls will commence from 11th November with our TA Manager, followed by a formal 1st stage Teams interview week commencing 17th November. 2nd stage interviews in person at our Derby office will commence from 24th November onto early December.
