Role Overview

We're looking for a Director of Product to lead one of our most critical product pillars. This person will be responsible for shaping and executing a strategy that drives deep multi-product penetration across our customer's employee base - through unified, AI-enhanced, and scalable experiences.
This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to set a bold direction but also gets into the details when needed. Someone who can grow a team, lead through influence, and create the structure and momentum that help product managers thrive.

What are we looking for?
Experience:
Experience
working in best in class product organisation
s
, either companies that have reached scale (Google, Booking.com, Uber, Deliveroo, JustEAT) or high growth startups.
Experience in building out a
global suite of products,
responsible for the product strategy across
Extensive experience in
global product management
n the
B2B SaaS
sector (leading multiple products across multiple markets/regions)
Demonstrated ability in
building and leading high-calibre product organizations (leading 5+ squads/product managers)
Experience
embedding AI across products
and building AI enhanced features
Skills:
Building a multi-market product, with a proven ability to balance priorities across geographies
You have good judgement, and you're able to make good decisions in complex situations where there's often no "right answer"
Obsesses over engagement, retention, and long-term value creation - not output. Comfortable defining and owning KPIs across multiple squads.
You're a great storyteller, who can motivate, energise and inspire people towards a common goal
You can get hands-on, when necessary, to fill gaps - in people or experience - and set a practical example for what great looks like
