About the job:
Advantra is partnering with an early-stage AI web platform startup in London to hire a Product Engineer to build full-stack features for intelligent, adaptive web experiences.
About the role:
You will design and implement features across frontend and backend systems. Work includes building personalized page experiences, agent evaluation tools, integrations, authentication, and user management. You will collaborate closely with the CPTO and contribute to the technical direction of the product.
Responsibilities: * Build and deliver full-stack features that improve customer-facing web experiences.

  • Implement dynamic page experiences personalized for individual users.
  • Design and develop AI agent evaluation tools and workflows.
  • Build and maintain integrations with external services and APIs.
  • Implement authentication and user management systems.
  • Collaborate with CPTO and product team on feature design and technical direction.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production systems.
Core requirements: * 2 to 4 years of full-stack engineering experience.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
  • Experience with backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of web development concepts and best practices.
  • Experience building integrations with APIs and external services.
  • Familiarity with authentication and user management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience shipping production-quality features.
Nice to have: * Experience with AI-powered or adaptive web platforms.
  • Knowledge of personalization or recommendation systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to design systems and frontend architecture patterns.
