Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support the Product Strategy Director with the process of building technical responses for client pitches. This includes analyzing and documenting outcomes in order to make recommendations on best practice, developing the pitch process.

This role will be an important member of the team behind our platform's launch and global success.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and engaging Product Evangelist to join on a 6 month FTC to help drive awareness, adoption, and loyalty for our new International Trade Platform. This role bridges proposition, product, marketing, and customer success--bringing our Global Platform and Ecosystem to life for both partners and end users. You'll be instrumental in generating interest and securing new subscribers and partners.
What you'll do
1. Product Demonstrations & EvangelismDeliver engaging, tailored demonstrations of the platform to prospective partners and SME customers Present to executive leadership at partners including government departments, commercial partners, industry bodies and chambers. Represent the platform at industry trade shows, webinars, and launch events to drive awareness and lead generation Act as a subject matter expert and storyteller--showcasing how the platform solves real-world trade challenges for small businesses Build strong relationships with commercial teams to support the sales funnel with live demos, use cases, and objection handling

2. Subscriber Acquisition & OnboardingServe as a key player in driving SME subscriber acquisition--contributing directly to this core KPI Partner with marketing and customer success teams to convert leads into active subscribers through high-impact demo sessions Guide new users through onboarding, helping them understand the full value of the platform from day one Develop feedback loops and onboarding materials that improve conversion rates and reduce early churn

3. Customer Success & RetentionEngage with subscribers post-onboarding to ensure successful platform adoption and satisfaction Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and feature adoption through usage insights and user interactions Act as a trusted voice of the customer, influencing product and support decisions based on firsthand feedback Contribute to building a community of engaged users by supporting forums, webinars, and customer events

4. Market Feedback & Product InsightFacilitate user testing sessions, pilot groups, and feedback forums to capture insights from real-world users Translate customer needs and barriers into actionable insights for product, marketing, and engineering teams Continuously refine demo scripts and engagement approaches based on learnings from the field

Qualifications:Strong presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate technical concepts in a user-friendly, commercial way Experience supporting SMEs in navigating international trade, cross-border logistics, or compliance challenges Familiarity with SaaS platforms or digital tools related to trade, logistics, or finance Proven ability to support sales pipelines and drive product adoption through live demos and customer engagement Comfortable working cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and support Self-motivated, resourceful, and energized by working directly with customers and solving real-world problems
