About the Role:

The role of the Product Flow Management Specialist is key in managing the Ferrero documental process as well as ensuring all new product changes being effectively managed across key divisions, ensuring that the right tracking, monitoring and process flows are maintained, so that route to market is seamless across the Ferrero systems.

The role provides great visibility throughout the business due to closely working with other departments such as Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, International PFM (Product Flow Managers) teams, R&D, Pack deploy, Co-pack and Legal/PR.

Main Responsibilities:

As the PFM Specialist, you will define priorities and drive timings for product documentation request (RDP / RDE / project configuration creation), by organising marketing Bus for RDP1 creation (check of SKU list, anticipation of marketing needs for information on new SKU for RDP elaboration) and follow up of RDP completion.

You will be the Business Units focal point for the creation and management of RDE and RDP2, and verify and approves RDP2 content. All of this, while anticipating and addressing potential criticalities in the downstream flow.

Manage the artwork workflow, from the definition and monitoring of timings for the execution of the artworks to verifying and approving of artwork requests logged by the Business Units (data and operative coherence) via RDE, and the coordination with the repro agencies for the execution of artworks, ensuring correct set-up of approval process. All while, performing activities focused on artwork unification (driving de-complexity and cost reduction), identifying artwork unification opportunities (screening activities) and actively execute of unified artworks.

Most importantly you will ensure the effective management of master data (Master Data Supply Chain, Master Data Materials, Sales BOM). Ensuring all required data is entered into all required systems to allow the production of local co-pack and receiving and selling of factory produced product. This will include warehouse data, finance data and customer specific data.

Who we are looking for:

You will have strong analytical, specifically in MS Excel and SAP, as you will be using this on a regular basis which requires you to have impeccable attention to detail highlighted across your experience.

Great communication and stakeholder management skills with a desire to drive continuous improvement by knowing where to look for information to answer business related questions.
