Product Genius

Main Purpose of the Role

The Product Genius inspires and excites customers by showcasing our vehicles through both in-person experiences and digital platforms. This includes photographing and advertising vehicles, creating engaging social media content, and supporting the Sales Department with product knowledge and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Stay up to date with the latest technologies, innovations, and product information across Vauxhall, KGM, and Peugeot. Support the Sales Team by sharing product expertise, helping achieve targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Use smart technology to create bespoke vehicle walk-arounds and professional photography for online listings. Assist with showroom preparation, ensuring demo cars are available and the environment is always customer-ready. Contribute to marketing efforts by creating engaging social media content and supporting brand promotion. Take part in training and development opportunities to maintain strong industry knowledge. Uphold company standards of dress, professionalism, customer care, honesty, and health & safety. Undertake any reasonable tasks as directed by your line manager.
