Our team, consisting of approximately 300 dedicated individuals, is at the heart of our journey, and we welcome you to join us as we continue to make our mark in the industry.

About the Role

------------------

As a Product Governance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end governance of Wealthtime's products. This includes contributing to the product lifecycle from design to review, ensuring fair value, assessing risks, and supporting the delivery of Wealthtime's Consumer Duty obligations. You'll work across the business to help identify, monitor, and challenge where necessary to ensure our products remain appropriate and competitive.

We are particularly interested in candidates who bring a broad view of value and customer outcomes, and who are comfortable working with information and inputs from a variety of sources, both internal and external.

Key responsibilities:

Support the development and maintenance of the Product Governance framework in line with PROD and Consumer Duty requirements. Support fund and Discretionary Fund Manager governance through onboarding reviews, fair value assessments across the distribution chain, and distributor feedback analysis, ensuring alignment with target market considerations. Assist in the production and ongoing maintenance of the Product Governance Risk Register. Support the design and maintenance of tools and frameworks for evaluating product performance and customer outcomes. Ensure Fair Value is delivered across the distribution chain, acting where appropriate. Work collaboratively with teams across the business - including Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Proposition - on product and governance initiatives. Assisting in our requirements to regularly review our products to ensure they are delivering the expected outcomes. Support horizon scanning and regulatory change assessments to ensure our products remain compliant and fit for purpose. Assisting in our requirements to evidence we are delivering Fair Value to our clients.

You're comfortable working with data and documents, spotting patterns, and thinking about what they might mean. You're organised and reliable, able to manage your workload and keep good records of your work. You enjoy working with others and communicating clearly - whether that's in a meeting, over email, or in a written report. You have an understanding of FCA regulations like Consumer Duty. Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Tools
