About the Role

We are a remittance company looking for a dynamic Product Lead to take ownership of our product roadmap while also managing and collaborating closely with the technical development team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution -- ensuring our digital products (mobile app, APIs, backend systems) deliver top-tier performance, user experience and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Product Leadership

Define and drive the product roadmap in line with business strategy and user needs. Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories. Prioritize product features and enhancements using data, user feedback, market insights and competitor analysis. Collaborate with design, marketing, compliance and operations teams to launch and scale features.

Technical Team Oversight

Lead and coordinate with software engineers, ensuring timely and high- quality delivery. Align technical development with product goals, ensuring clear communication of requirements. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews and architecture discussions when needed. Champion best practices in software development, Quality Assurance, deployment and system reliability.

Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the main point of contact between business, tech and leadership teams. Present updates, feature demos and performance reports to stakeholders. Gather input from internal teams and customers to inform product decisions.

Data & Performance Monitoring

Define KPIs and track product performance against goals. Use analytics and feedback to improve product usability and efficiency.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years managing or working closely with technical teams. Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, etc.). Experience in fintech, remittances, or payments is a strong advantage. Proven ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendlyproducts. Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with APIs, mobile app development and cloud infrastructure.

Bonus Skills

Technical background (e.g., degree in Computer Science or Engineering). Experience launching products in regulated environments (FCA, AML/KYC). Proficiency in tools like Jira, Figma, Postman, Mixpanel, or similar.
