Location: Bristol (3 days in office per week, hybrid working arrangements) with infrequent travel to France.


Employment type: Permanent full-time/ part-time.


Employment basis: The role is expected to be a full-time position however we are open to discussing a more flexible or part- time approach where possible.


Salary: Competitive dependent on experience, plus bonus and other benefits.

The project has started construction and is now seeking private investment. When completed, it will provide dependable electricity to 6 million homes for 60 years, which along with renewables, will support Britain to achieve Net Zero by 2050.

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in one of the most ambitious and transformative projects in the UK? The Sizewell C Technical Directorate (TD) are looking for a Product Lifecyle Management Lead (PLM Lead)to support our dynamic delivery programmes.

The Role




As a

PLM Lead

at Sizewell C you'll drive the development and integration of our Project Lifecycle Management platforms to enable a digital-first approach to engineering and data management.


This role requires hands-on experience with

Siemens Teamcenter and/or Dassault 3DX

, and a strong background in

PLM and BIM

. You'll be responsible for

deploying and configuring PLM systems

, ensuring seamless integration across platforms like Aveva E3D, IBM DOORS, and Hitachi Asset Suite 9.


You'll work across the full project lifecycle--from design through to operations--collaborating with engineering, quality, data, and IT teams to align tools, data, and processes. This is a strategic opportunity to shape how we manage complex engineering data at every stage of delivery for our Sizewell C project.

Strong PLM Expertise:

You'll have worked on different stages of PLM, including deployment and set up.

The Skills







To be successful in your application for PLM Lead, you'll demonstrate the following:

Hands-on experience setting up and using Siemens Teamcenter and/or Dassault 3DX Strong knowledge of PLM and BIM, with experience across different stages of a project Confident in deploying and configuring PLM systems Good understanding of how PLM supports wider business needs and engineering work, including 3D models, configuration control, and quality records Able to map out and connect complex business processes Skilled at reviewing current ways of working and suggesting practical improvements Familiar with ISO 19650 and other standards for managing data in construction and engineering Aware of lessons learned from major nuclear projects like OL3, FA3, and HPC Comfortable understanding complex ideas and explaining them clearly
