What You'll Do
As a Product Line Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of a portfolio of high-performance lasers and subsystems. You'll:Own the full product lifecycle--from vision to retirement. Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps. Lead Voice of Customer initiatives to shape future innovations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver NPI projects. Conduct competitive analysis and develop compelling value propositions. Drive profitable growth and improve product gross margins. Support global sales teams with training, tools, and insights.

What You BringA degree in Science or Engineering. Proven experience in product management within a high-tech or manufacturing environment. Strong commercial acumen and a passion for customer-centric innovation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced setting.
