Join a venture-backed AI startup on the cutting edge of human-computer interaction. We're building AI agents that can speak to users and control software interfaces - redefining how people onboard and engage with digital products.
Backed by leading VC Antler, our founding team includes an exited founder (CEO), a commercial leader who scaled multiple Series A startups (CCO), and a PhD in AI (CTO). You'll report directly into the CEO who was the first product manager at a previous billion dollar UK tech startup.
Tasks

• Help manage our backlog of engineering tasks
• Ensure each task is properly categorised, prioritised and has a comprehensive description
• Help prototype new features using design tools such as Balsamiq and Figma
• Help architect new features - how each plugs into our existing technology
• Conduct research on new technologies that may bring value to our product
• Help develop system prompts for our AI agent based on customer use cases
• Additional strategically important tasks for the business

Requirements

• Passion for startups, AI, and tech
• High energy, hustle and proactiveness
• Good product sense - intuition for good UX
• Eye for design
• Comfortable with technology. Not necessary to have engineering background but must have the mindset of 'I can figure anything out'
• Depth of thinking - all decisions should be backed up by strong first principles thinking and detailed analysis
• High agility - we will change directly often and rapidly. You must be able to drop what you're currently doing and pick up the new priority quickly
• Based in London or open to hybrid/remote work

Additional info:

• The role is currently unpaid however if you really impress the team there may be potential to convert to a permanent paid position.
• The internship would be expected to last 3-6 months depending on your availability and performance.
