Product Manager - London W1F, 50,000 gross per annum

Our opportunity:

This is an exciting chance to take ownership of BAFTA's innovative media technology products and play a pivotal role in shaping their future. You'll lead Agile development across a diverse portfolio, including the BAFTA albert International Carbon Calculator Toolkit, BAFTA View web and Fire TV apps, Screener Hub, Electron, and High-Speed Transcoding. With the launch of the new International Carbon Calculator Toolkit 3.0 planned for 2026, you'll be at the forefront of delivering key phases of this groundbreaking product, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable epics and user stories while managing the product backlog.



Beyond development, you'll champion these products as their chief ambassador, coordinating beta testing, feature launches, and smooth handovers, while ensuring robust support for BAFTA teams and external clients. From scoping bespoke solutions to contributing imaginative ideas for ongoing enhancements, you'll help create marketing materials, nurture customer relationships, and guarantee exceptional user experiences. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership with creativity and collaboration, driving innovation that supports BAFTA's mission and sustainability goals.

Who you are?

Someone with proven experience in systems management and product development A flexible thinker with the ability to embrace changes in the business and work effectively as part of a team Someone with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail and ability to process large amounts of sensitive data quickly and correctly, ensuring accurate and timely reporting A good relationship builder, with excellent interpersonal skills and?the ability to communicate with people at all levels with diplomacy and professionalism.
