Role Summary
We're looking for a
creative, entrepreneurial Product Manager
who combines strategic thinking with a startup mentality. Someone who loves trying new ideas, experimenting, iterating fast, and bringing fresh thinking to the table.
You will own the roadmap across several marketplaces while playing a key role in defining and delivering our new platform. You will work closely with key decision makers across the business to ensure the product delivers exceptional user value and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and communicate the long-term product vision across multiple marketplaces.
Shape the strategy for both existing platforms and our new unified marketplace build.
Bring new ideas and creative solutions that elevate user experience and marketplace performance.
New Platform Development
Play a central role in designing and delivering our next-generation marketplace platform.
Influence key decisions on user journeys, workflows, tooling, search, onboarding, trust, and monetisation.
Work with engineering and UX team to build a scalable, modern system that supports future growth.
Execution, Delivery & Experimentation
Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog end-to-end.
Translate ideas into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Champion experimentation: test hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate quickly based on insights.
Commercial & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure product decisions support revenue, lead generation, and seller success.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, SEO, operations, and customer support to land features smoothly.
Stay close to customer needs-buyers, sellers, and power users-to inform decisions.
Performance & Insights
Partner with data teams to analyse behaviour, identify opportunities, and measure outcomes.
Monitor marketplace health metrics including:
Listing volume and quality
Buyer engagement and lead generation
Seller activation and retention
Revenue performance and marketplace liquidity
Use data to inform prioritisation and validation-not to limit creativity.
Skills & ExperienceRequired
Proven product management experience in marketplaces, classifieds, SaaS, or fast-moving digital environments.
A
startup mentality
: curious, experimental, willing to try new things and learn fast.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to guide decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership from idea to delivery.
Preferred
Experience contributing to platform rebuilds or re-architecture projects.
Understanding of marketplace mechanics, search, SEO, or lead generation.
Familiarity with subscription models or seller tooling.
Exposure to AI-powered features (recommendations, categorisation, fraud detection).
