Backed by Searchland, the UK's leading B2B PropTech company, Buildscout is at an exciting stage of growth. Our platform combines data, technology, and insight to help professionals uncover and act on opportunities faster and more intelligently.

We're now looking for a Product Manager to take Buildscout to the next level - shaping strategy, refining our roadmap, collaborating across teams, and ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our users. You'll work closely with our Senior Full Stack Engineer, Commercial Director, and Searchland's CEO to drive impact and build the future of our product.

What You'll Do

Roadmap & Product Strategy

User Insight & Feedback

Build a structured feedback loop with Customer Success and Design to inform product decisions. Regularly engage with users to understand pain points, validate assumptions, and ensure releases deliver measurable value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the connector between sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, and design. Translate user needs and business priorities into clear, actionable requirements. Collaborate closely with our Senior Full Stack Engineer on scoping, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.

Delivery & Execution

Work with engineering and design in weekly sprints to ship high-quality features consistently. Use Figma and similar tools to review, prototype, and refine product solutions. Ensure communication is smooth and transparent across all teams involved in releases.

Decision Making & Leadership

Know when to push back, when to adapt, and how to balance competing perspectives. Keep the team aligned, informed, and moving in the same direc

tion.

You Are:

Organised - keeping roadmaps, priorities, and timelines crystal clear. Forward-thinking - anticipating user and industry needs before they become urgent. Innovative - excited to explore new ideas and push boundaries. Decisive & confident - comfortable making calls when needed. Highly collaborative - excellent at connecting teams and driving clarity. Comfortable working closely with engineering - especially our Senior Engineer.
