We're searching for an exceptional Product Manager, Delivery Execution Leader to take the reins defining and building the next generation of user experiences for complex financial workflows. In this role, you'll be leading the execution of our vision to deliver amazing, loved, and indispensable experiences to our users in the capital markets space. Responsibilities of this key role



Product Discovery and Strategy



Define and Validate: Collaborate with the KOR Product Team members to define product vision, strategy, and outcome-driven roadmaps. Focus on identifying and testing the riskiest assumptions about users, features, technology, and the business model. User Empathy: Conduct and lead continuous user research (generative, evaluative, usability testing, and customer interviews) to develop deep user empathy and inform product decisions. Business Alignment: Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals to ensure the team consistently delivers lean features and ships high-impact features

Agile Execution and Delivery



Support Consistent Delivery and Velocity: Maintain the backlog primarily using tools like Jira, ensuring that stories are appropriately sized, estimated, scoped, and sequenced to facilitate a predictable, sustainable engineering velocity. Hands-on Collaboration: Work daily, shoulder-to-shoulder (or in paired remote sessions) with developers, designers, and client Product Managers as a member of a balanced, remote development team located in the US and throughout Europe Story Authoring: Write clear, concise, and well-articulated user stories, ensuring they meet the team's definition of ready for development. Backlog Ownership and Prioritization: Own, groom, and relentlessly prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery and minimize risk, informed by data and validated learning. Own, prioritize, and relentlessly maintain the project backlog, primarily using tools like Pivotal Tracker, to drive continuous value delivery. XP Practices: Actively lead and participate in all Extreme Programming practices, including daily standups, iteration planning, retrospectives, and demos, driving continuous flow. Decision Making: Facilitate rapid, collaborative decision-making within the team and with stakeholders, providing the necessary clarity to unblock developers and keep the execution flowing.

While deep experience in OTC Derivatives (product or operations) is a distinct advantage, we prioritize exceptional product management and execution skills. We highly value candidates with a strong background in any complex financial or enterprise software domain (e.g., fixed income, asset management, core banking, insurance).

Additionally, you tick the following boxes:

10+ years

of experience in regulatory reporting, preferably within

major banks or financial institutions

. Strong background in

OTC derivatives post-trade reporting

across multiple jurisdictions. Demonstrated experience working in

client-facing roles

, with strong communication and relationship management skills. Ability to operate effectively in a

fast-paced, dynamic environment

. Skilled in business analysis methodologies: requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation. Proven track record of delivering complex regulatory projects on time. Work effectively in an Agile environment, contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement. Operate with flexible working hours when needed to accommodate clients and regulatory obligations across global time zones.
