What You'll Do

Own the Strategy: Define and execute product, pricing, and positioning strategies for the European Passenger Car Engine Oils additive portfolio.

Be the Expert: Become the go-to authority on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

Collaborate Globally: Work with OEMs, customers, and cross-functional teams to shape product development and market penetration strategies.

Drive Growth: Implement data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and capture market share.

Lead the Lifecycle: Manage products from introduction to obsolescence, ensuring commercial excellence every step of the way.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or Engineering (MBA preferred).

Experience: 5+ years in Sales, Marketing, Technology Deployment, or Product Management--ideally in specialty chemicals or lubricants.
