This includes working with operations and engineering to resolve technical issues, evaluating when to add redundancy or alternative routes, and making data-driven decisions about infrastructure investments.

A critical part of this role involves staying ahead of the European payments landscape--tracking developments in instant payment schemes, open banking regulations, and emerging settlement mechanisms--then determining how these trends should influence our strategy.
