Within the Everyday banking products team, we are passionate about delivering money confidence by helping people with their everyday financial needs. You could be working across the entire Everyday banking portfolio; PCA & Overdrafts, Savings and Unsecured lending.
How you'll make a difference
The Product Manager is responsible for the ownership and management of key product initiatives across the Everyday banking portfolio, working with a range of stakeholders to:

• Own and support core product management priorities including delivery of our commercial plans, risk management, regulatory change and improving customer experience.
• Develop creative solutions and build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business to implement initiatives within desired timescales.
• Identify key risks and issues and work with stakeholders to provide mitigations.
• Providing customer analysis and insight to support the development of customer/product proposals.

What you'll bring

• Outstanding organisational skills, with evidence of planning and delivery of successful change management.
• The ability to brilliantly engage stakeholders across the business and influence senior managers to support delivery proposals.
• Ability to think creatively, to minimise delivery lead times.
• Strong quality control and a commitment to accuracy.
• Able to deal with elements of ambiguity and complexity, assessing the impact on business and managing change.
