About the role:




The Product Manager, Growth (EMEA) is a person who brings a background in Direct to Consumer website and ecommerce technologies to our team. In this role, you will drive D2C growth by owning and executing the roadmap for the EMEA Therabody.com shopping experience. You will partner closely with stakeholders in UX/UI design, marketing, performance media, analytics and sales to launch features and content that align with company goals, and accurately measure success for the website and its impact to the business. You will obsess over getting the customer experience right, and ensure that hypothesis-driven A/B testing is used to validate success.



Key Responsibilities:



Priority markets: UK and Gemany, followed by France, Italy, Spain, BNL, and Australia. Develop and maintain a prioritized DtC product & content roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives and delivers a constantly improving customer experience. Partner closely with country Brand and Sales leadership to execute against key sales events and optimize promotional site features. Collaborate with design, marketing, and engineering teams to generate hypotheses for product enhancements that drive growth and increase local relevancy. Lead the execution and evaluation of experiments to optimize user experience and drive funnel optimization, always striving for continuous iterative and incremental improvements. Take a proactive approach to managing your area, continually assessing performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement in a fast-paced D2C environment. Obsess over key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the website meets and exceeds business goals. Drive initiatives that contribute to revenue growth goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Partner closely with Operations, Business Applications, Marketing and Sales teams to identify and implement features that drive growth and improve sell-through products.


About You:



5+ years of DtC ecommerce product management experience in an International setting Experience with Shopify and or similar E-commerce platforms, Proven track record of launching content & features that drive revenue growth and improve shopping experiences. Experience working with Agile methodologies and geographically diverse engineering and design teams. Deep understanding of A/B testing best practices, measuring results against KPIs, and reporting complex results to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global D2C environment with distributed teams Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams both in UK, US and EU. Experience with data analysis, and user research to form hypotheses and gain early signals fast. Passion for using data to uncover unmet needs and define the best solution for our consumers. Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in eCommerce.


Location: This role is UK based, requires 3 days in office, and flexibility to support US hours.

The pay range for this role is:



55,000 - 70,000 GBP per year(UK Office)
