Damas is an investment and parent company that supports and develops innovative brands with long-term growth potential. We have recently invested in a fast-growing non-alcoholic drinks brand and are now seeking a Product Manager to help oversee and support the production, supply chain, and delivery of the brand as it scales.

This is an entry-level Product Manager role with real responsibility from day one, offering an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive and ambitious business.

The Role



As Product Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the production, logistics, and delivery of the non-alcoholic drinks brand, acting as a central point of coordination between suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

This role is well-suited to someone early in their career who is looking to step into a product-focused role, gain hands-on experience, and grow alongside the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end production and delivery process of the non-alcoholic drinks brand Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations Support product development activities, including packaging, pricing, and launch planning Monitor stock levels, lead times, and supply chain performance Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support brand growth Assist with forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking Identify opportunities for process improvements as the brand scales Attend occasional meetings at the Cardiff office as required
About You

Experience in, or a strong interest in, the hospitality industry A degree in Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong organisational and communication skills A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership Comfortable working across multiple areas such as operations, suppliers, and stakeholders A full UK driving licence is required
Location & Travel

Our company office is based in Cardiff, with a new office also located in Teesside Flexible working is supported Occasional travel to the Cardiff office is required, for one day at a time, with an estimated two visits per month All travel expenses are covered, including access to a company vehicle
