Platform Product Manager - Compliance Enablement




Soho, London



Monday to Thursday in the office with Fridays off (full salary maintained) - this new 4-day work week is a 6-month trial, starting 19th May 2025.



The Role





As a Platform Product Manager - Compliance Enablement for LiveScore Group you will be an integral part of the delivery of product iterations with end-to-end ownership over platform-wide regulatory and player risk control capabilities. You'll lead the design and delivery of foundational compliance components such as affordability rules, spending controls, player exclusions, KYC/AML flows orchestration, and 3rd-party regulatory integrations--ensuring they are scalable, technically robust, and protective of our most vulnerable customers.



This is a customer-centric role that combines regulatory accountability with product excellence--supporting proactive player protection across all LiveScore brands and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities




Working closely with key stakeholders, you will translate high level requirements into detailed specifications, liaising with wider stakeholders, UX/UI, wider product and tech teams, to maximise the value each product iteration provides. You will create clear requirements and documentation maintaining these product artefacts throughout the Product Delivery Life Cycle ensuring there is alignment between technology and the wider business functions at all times. Create clear and methodically prioritised user story backlogs, positioning your domain to ship iterative value frequently. You will participate and lead (the appropriate) team ceremonies. You will be responsible for the success of your domain's product iteration deliveries, with a particular focus on the quality of the outputs. Own and evolve a portfolio of compliance-critical capabilities, including affordability controls, customer account exclusions, identity verification (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) workflows. Evaluate, onboard and manage strategic integrations with vendors including ID verification providers, transaction monitors, and affordability data sources. Stay ahead of emerging regulatory requirements and ensure platform readiness for new market entries or licensing changes. Maintain a deep understanding of the compliance tech ecosystem and bring forward recommendations for automation, vendor consolidation or innovation.



Key Skills/Experience




Proven experience as a Platform Product Manager, Compliance Product Owner, or Technical Product Manager in a regulated industry (e.g., gambling, fintech, payments, SaaS)or be able to demonstrate a compelling case for transferable skills. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, product discovery, and backlog refinement. Must have exemplary communication skills and an ability to work with internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment across multiple business functions. Must have a considered, data and user-centric approach. Should have a track record for successfully translating abstract requirements into an executable product development backlog. Experience of working with Jira and associated backlog/roadmap tools will be useful. Should be a pragmatic thinker with an extremely high degree of attention to detail. Should have experience of conducting testing ahead of product roll-out and be used to sifting through quantitative and qualitative data to help inform decision-making. Requires a good level of technical understanding. Familiarity with implementing compliance features at the platform or system level, not just through frontend UX flows. Exposure to AI/ML-driven risk models or customer segmentation techniques, particularly in regulated domains.
