Role Overview



We're looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of our Dispatch, Driver, and Depot (DDD) domain--building the vision for how technology drives HIVED's edge in last-mile logistics.


You'll be part of the DDD squad, a cross-functional team of Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and operational stakeholders responsible for the core of our operational technology: the driver app, dispatcher dashboards, and depot infrastructure. The team's remit covers building the products and providing insights that enable our operators to perform at their best, developing smart solutions for last-metre navigation to improve on the road efficiency, and leveraging data to provide deep insight into our processes. The squad's impact is central to HIVED's mission--ensuring parcels move seamlessly through our network with speed, reliability, and sustainability.


As a Product Manager in this squad, you will conceptualise complex operational product features, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and shape how technology creates a robust competitive edge in our operations. You will use data-driven insights and build models to connect processes to business outcomes, while guiding strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation.

What You'll Be Doing



Own and develop the product strategy and roadmap for the Dispatch, Driver, and Depot squad, together with the lead engineer. Decompose complex business problems, develop coherent logical models, and shape practical solutions. Define metrics frameworks to measure team success and ensure product outcomes tie to business impact. Act as a critical voice in strategic decisions, influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights. Drive product development cycles, working closely with science and engineering teams--balancing feature prioritisation, trade-offs, and long-term scalability. Define clear product requirements through metric analysis and close collaboration with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For



A Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Operations Research. Experience designing and owning a product roadmap and/or managing a multi-year software development lifecycle. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex problems into clear logical models. A passion for identifying opportunities to develop a robust technical edge through innovation. Proven ability to use data-driven decision making and product metrics to guide priorities.
