Overview



We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Product Manager to own the delivery of technology products within our Digital and Technology function. This role supports our Analytics partners (catastrophe modelling and actuarial teams) in driving business outcomes for our reinsurance brokerage. You will compose, build, and optimise internal platforms that improve risk modelling, data-driven decision-making, and operational efficiency.





How you'll make an impact



Product Ownership:

Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance, and user needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with Analytics, IT, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative, impactful solutions.

Team Leadership:

Lead multidisciplinary teams across locations to execute technology initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure all products meet audit, security, and privacy standards.



About You

Key Accountabilities:



Define and communicate product vision and strategy for IT solutions supporting analytics and reinsurance operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, prioritise features, and deliver scalable, secure products. Lead risks, resources, and deliverables while ensuring transparency through reporting. Supervise KPIs, capture feedback, and iterate to improve value and user satisfaction.

Crucial:



Proven experience in full-stack product management, ideally in insurance or financial services IT. Strong technical understanding (cloud, APIs, data architectures). Experience with analytics teams and Agile methodologies. Business insight in reinsurance operations and risk modelling. Effective communication and stakeholder leadership skills.

Desired:



Expertise in catastrophe modelling, actuarial analytics, and reinsurance workflows. Familiarity with compliance and data privacy standards. Proficiency with data tools (SQL, Python, R). Experience working with

Geospatial data




This role is a hybrid role where you will be expected to come into our London office 1 - 2 times a week. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
