The Role:





Fospha is pioneering the future of marketing intelligence, moving enterprise retailers beyond the broken world of click-based attribution. Our mission is to transform complex data into the single, most trusted source of truth for CMOs and CFOs managing high-stakes budgets.



As a

Product Manager,

your focus will be on solving the biggest problems in signal loss, market complexity, and measurement bias that plague high-growth retail brands today.



We are looking for a rigorous, analytical PM ready to operationalize advanced modelling into tangible business decisions, driving sustainable growth for clients like Huel, Dyson, and Gymshark.




Key Responsibilities




Product Development:

Lead the ideation, development, and launch of products focused on marketing measurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to deliver high-quality products.

Roadmap Management:

Develop and manage a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and adapt to changing market conditions.

User-Centric Design

: Advocate for a user-centric approach, collaborating with Product Design to ensure functionality meet the needs of end-users. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product experience.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate product performance and guide future enhancements.

Stakeholder Communication:

Effectively communicate product roadmap and progress to stakeholders at all levels. Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive collaboration and support.

Problem Solving:

Identify and address product issues and bottlenecks promptly. Implement solutions that enhance product reliability, scalability, and performance. What are we looking for?

Product Management Experience:

Experience in product management, with a focus on marketing measurement and attribution products.

Analytical Mindset:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Marketing Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of marketing principles, measurement techniques, and attribution models. Experience working with marketing teams to align product goals with marketing strategies.

Technical Acumen:

Familiarity with software development processes and technologies. Ability to work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.

User Experience Focus:

Demonstrated ability to discover and deliver products that prioritize user experience and customer satisfaction. Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure.
