JD.com is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end product strategy for B2B and B2C billing and settlement. In this role, you will lead the design, optimization, and delivery of scalable payment and settlement workflows, leveraging upstream order and payment data to ensure accurate reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and timely payouts, while partnering closely with engineering, finance, operations, and fulfillment teams to drive efficiency and a seamless end-to-end transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Own the B2B and B2C billing and settlement roadmap, designing scalable workflows for payouts using order and payment data. Lead early-stage product definition across the finance transaction lifecycle, from solution design to end-to-end requirements. Partner with finance, engineering, operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate reconciliation, SLA compliance, and seamless end-to-end integration. Drive continuous improvements to payment and settlement capabilities, balancing speed, cost, scalability, regulatory requirements, and user experience. Analyze transaction and settlement data to identify bottlenecks, optimize accuracy, and improve operational efficiency; define and own KPIs to measure success. Lead cross-functional launches and automation initiatives through pilots, dogfooding, testing, and controlled rollouts to scale reporting and reconciliation reliably.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management or platform ownership preferably within e-commerce, retail or supply chain domains. Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash flows, including billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and settlement processes in B2B and/or B2C e-commerce environments. Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics, reporting tools, or SQL to analyze transaction and settlement data. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in fast-paced, complex environments.

Proven track record of eCommerce business in Europe. Experience working across different regions and diverse cultures is advantageous. Effective communication skills in Dutch, German or French. Effective communication skills in Chinese.
